School Enrollment Admissions Process
EYC Academy accepts applications for school enrollment and enrolls qualified students throughout the school year. Our admissions process is highly personalized, and our goal is to make parents and students feel included as we determine whether EYC Academy is a good fit for each applicant.
Step 1
A completed application, accompanied by requested educational documentation, is required to each student’s application packet.
Required Documents
- Completed application
- Most recent diagnostic testing (if applicable)
- Current IEP (if applicable)
- Completed releases of information
- Transcript (if applicable)
Step 2
After this written documentation is submitted and reviewed, students who appear to have the potential for success in our program will be invited to meet with EYC faculty.
Step 3
Use the calendar below to schedule an appointment.
Step 4
The EYC Director of Admissions will then contact each family to discuss acceptance or to make suggestions about other possible school options.

Tutoring Admissions Process
EYC tutoring provides remedial and enrichment instruction, test preparation, and homework support.
Step 1
A completed application, as well as other pertinent educational documentation, is required so that we can ensure that we can meet each student’s needs.

Step 2
Once this application packet is reviewed, the EYC Director of Admissions will contact parents or the applicant to discuss specific tutoring plans and scheduling.
