Encouraging Professional Growth

Students change every day, so EYC educators must be flexible in order to support that growth. We want our team members to come on board with exciting ideas, a passion for education, and a strong desire to refine their practice. Through mentoring, team interaction, feedback, and professional development opportunities, we help our faculty grow professionally and personally.

Building Community

We believe that the best way to help our students is through building a team of educators who look for ways to make connections with both students and other faculty. We encourage teachers to come together to brainstorm ideas, lift each other up, and build strong relationships with students, faculty and parents.


Fostering Diversity

EYC believes that in today’s complex world, creative ideas and solutions are best formed through the work of a diverse community.
