As Head of School, I am proud to welcome you to EYC Academy—a school built around people, not procedures. EYC began with a simple promise: every student should be seen, heard, challenged, and given a genuine opportunity to succeed. As both a father and an educator, I understand how difficult it can be to find a school that truly recognizes a student’s individual strengths, needs, and potential. That understanding shapes everything we do. We listen first, treat families as partners, and create personalized learning experiences in which students can move, at the pace and in the way, that helps them thrive.

At EYC, relationships and high expectations go hand in hand. Our dedicated teachers serve as mentors and advocates, helping students strengthen their academic skills, rebuild confidence, and learn to see setbacks as opportunities for growth—not as definitions of who they are. We do not lower the bar; we help each student find a credible path to reach it. By providing a safe, flexible, and nurturing environment, we empower young people to take ownership of their learning and recognize how capable they truly are.
